"Aqualung" wird am 22. April in einer überarbeiteten 40th Anniversary Edition als Edition Repack mit zusätzlichem Bonusmaterial auf Doppel-CD und Doppel-DVD neu veröffentlicht. Fans werden sich erinnern, dass "Aqualung" bereits 2011 mit einem ersten, von Produzent Steve Wilson angefertigten Remix, erschien. Für die in wenigen Wochen erhältliche neue Version, werden die Wilson-Remixes mit der Direktübertragung der EP "Life Is A Long Song" ergänzt, welche bereits 1972 mit dem Compilation-Album "Living In the Past" gekoppelt wurde. Mit "Just Trying To Be", "Wind Up" (Early Version) und "Wond’ring Aloud" sind drei zusätzliche Tracks vertreten, die genau wie "Again" (Full Morgan Version) demnächst als 5.1 Mixe zur Verfügung stehen. "Life Is A Long Song" und "Up The Pool", als Bestandteil der EP, erscheinen in dieser Form erstmalig auf CD. Abgerundet wird die Repack Edition von einem 80-seitigen Booklet mit Textbeiträgen und Fotos aus der 40th Anniversary Edition. Der Promotion-Film "Life Is A Strong Song" (1971) erscheint mit neu gemixtem Stereosound erstmals auf der zweiten DVD.
