Team Lead Web Analytics*

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Data Engineers, Data Scientists und fachübergreifenden Teams zur Erstellung von Datenmodellen und Analysen, Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebs- und Marketingabteilung für die Entwicklung neuer Analysen
• Fachliche Leitung und Führung eines starken Web-Analytics Teams
• Identifizierung, Erfassung und Priorisierung aller Web-Analytics Anforderungen, Entwicklung neuer Web-Analytics Prozesse und Richtlinien
• Überwachung der Web-Performance und Verantwortlichkeit für qualitative, zuverlässige Web-Daten
• Einbringung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen über Ad-hoc-Datenanalysen an die Stakeholder
• Koordination, Implementierung und Evaluierung von A/B-Tests in Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern; Entwicklung von messbaren Hypothesen, die zu umsetzbaren Ergebnissen führen

• As part of the cross-functional Data Intelligence team: you will work closely with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to bring big data and Web Analytics at the core of the organization
• You will lead and mentor a small but strong team of Web Analysts
• You will identify, map and prioritize all Web Analytics needs at EMP
• You will develop new Web Analytics guidelines and processes
• You will monitor the web performance and will be responsible for web data quality and reliability
• You will provide concrete, business-oriented recommendations and actions to your stakeholders via ad-hoc data analyses
• Working closely with the Sales and Marketing department, you will identify and explore opportunities for advanced and corrective analytics work
• You will coordinate, implement, and evaluate A/B tests, working with stakeholders to craft measurable hypotheses that will lead to actionable learnings

• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung kleinerer Teams und mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Analyse- und Tracking-Software und Tagging-Tools (z. B. Webtrekk/Mapp, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Gutes Verständnis der technischen Aspekte von Webanalyse, Tracking und Conversion Optimierung
• Starke analytische, organisatorische Fähigkeiten, zur Lösung von Problemen nach dem „Divide et impera“ Prinzip und Erfahrung in der Datenverarbeitung und -analyse in SQL und/oder Python
• Begeisterung und Motivation sowie die Fähigkeit technische Projekte proaktiv zu leiten
• Kommunikationsstark, gibst Impulse und hast großes Interesse an neusten Trends und deren Umsetzung
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Level B1/B2) sowie solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift

• Several years of experience in Web Analytics in eCommerce or agencies
• Successfully led small analytics teams to deliver their potential
• Extensive experience with analytics, tracking and tagging tools (e.g., Webtrekk/Mapp, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, …)
• Good understanding of the technical aspects of web analytics, web tracking and conversion optimization
• Strong analytical and organizational skills which allow you to break down problems with a divide-and-conquer approach
• Experience with SQL and/or Python data handling and analysis is considered a strong plus
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to proactively lead technical projects
• Strong leader and communicator: eager to connect with others, spread insights and provide solutions that have measurable results
• Fanatic learner, always up-to-date with the latest web analytics trends and keen on spreading knowledge and new solutions
• Solid English skills; German is a big plus
